IgniteSAP is seeking a Senior SAP Program Manager to lead a high-impact SAP S/4HANA transformation across Germany and international markets. This senior role combines program leadership, financial oversight, and team development within a trusted consultancy and transformation environment.

You will manage governance structures, multi-workstream delivery, and executive reporting while coordinating global teams and client stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex SAP programs in consulting or enterprise transformations.
• Completed at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience managing international multi-workstream programs.
• Strong governance, financial management, risk and delivery skills.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and governance boards.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation across delivery lifecycle.
• Set up governance, delivery structures, and decision processes.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, quality, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and steering committees.
• Align business, technology, and delivery teams to common objectives.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues and escalations.
• Coordinate international teams and multiple workstreams.
• Lead and coach project managers and consulting teams.
• Provide accurate programme reporting.
• Support proposals, solution development and business development.
• Improve delivery methodologies, tools, and practices.
