Job summary

Trusted Shops SE is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Service Cloud environment across Cologne and Berlin, with hybrid/remote options. You will design scalable configurations, mentor team members and ensure data quality and governance.

Requirements include 5+ years in Salesforce, strong understanding of flows, validation rules, objects, and integration tools; English fluency and willingness to collaborate across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Business Informatics or comparable field.
• Vocational training with relevant experience is acceptable.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in Service Cloud in complex environments.
• Ability to mentor peers and communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus; familiarity with integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on stability, performance and data quality.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions from day-to-day requests to large initiatives.
• Lead change management, improve documentation and enable users through training.
• Support integration, data protection (GDPR) and CI/CD processes in GitHub-based setup.
• Act as senior go-to person in Admin team, review solutions and mentor colleagues.
• Collaborate with developers to align declarative and programmatic solutions for growth.

To join our Scalable Business Platform within the Platform Operations Unit, we are looking for a:

Senior Salesforce Administrator (f/m/d)

Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote) | Permanent Contract (Full-time)

Your tasks

• Design and implement scalable configurations, automations and platform governance standards
• Operate and develop our Salesforce ecosystem (esp. Service Cloud), focusing on stability, performance and data quality
• Translate business needs into smart Salesforce solutions – from day-to-day feature requests to large-scale initiatives
• Lead change management processes, improve documentation and enable internal users through training
• Support integration, data protection (GDPR), access models and participate in our GitHub-based CI/CD setup
• Act as the senior go-to person in the Admin team: review complex solutions, mentor colleagues and ensure quality
• Collaborate with developers to align declarative and programmatic solutions for sustainable growth
• Degree in IT, Business Informatics or comparable field or vocational training with relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce in the Service Cloud in cross-functional, complex environments, leading to an expertise in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Custom Objects etc.
• Ability to mentor peers, review solutions and communicate clearly with technical & non-technical stakeholders and have a good understanding of platform scalability, data architecture and agile collaboration
• Salesforce certifications are a plus as well as familiarity with APEX, integration tools (e.g. middleware), Talkdesk CTI or GitHub-based release processes
• Solution-oriented, collaborative, and communicative hands-on personality with strong organizational skills, paired with a structured approach to work
• Fluency in English
