CarOnSale is seeking a skilled Salesforce developer to join our Inventory team in the Munich area. You will own the Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions, implement Apex, LWC, and integrations with our core platform.

You will design data models, manage two-way integration via REST APIs and Platform Events, and drive reliable releases in an agile SCRUM environment. English at C1 level and AI-friendly workflow are assumed.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development in production environments.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations.
• Strong command of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• English at C1 level, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Build and customize Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions powering dealer and buyer processes end to end.
• Own Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages across the Inventory team scope.
• Design and maintain two-way integration between Salesforce and core platform (REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven flows).
• Decide where standard configuration suffices (Flows, metadata, permission sets) and where custom development adds value.
• Design data models and API integrations to keep transaction data consistent between Salesforce and backend systems.
• Take ownership of underused platform features and reduce technical debt in the codebase.
• Ensure reliability and performance through monitoring, release management and clean deployment practices.
• Work in agile sprints and contribute to architecture decisions.

Your responsibilities

• You build and customise Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions that carry our dealer and buyer processes end to end
• You own Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages across the Inventory team's scope
• You design and maintain the two-way integration between Salesforce and our core platform (REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven flows)
• You decide where standard configuration is enough (Flows, metadata, permission sets) and where custom development earns its place
• You design data models and API integrations that keep transaction data consistent between Salesforce and our backend systems
• You take ownership of underused platform features and reduce technical debt in the existing codebase
• You secure reliability and performance through monitoring, release management and clean deployment practice

What you bring

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud in production
• Deep command of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
• Strong relational data modelling with SOQL and SQL
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Salesforce integration patterns (REST APIs, Platform Events)
• Clear judgement on standard platform configuration versus custom development
• Comfortable in release management and scrum frameworks, and able to carry a technical argument in a business conversation
• English at C1 level, written and spoken
• AI-fluent working style. You use tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot actively in your day-to-day

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I or II, or Service Cloud Consultant
• German at B2 level
• Experience mentoring other developers and reviewing their work
