This Irish M&E contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering complex mechanical and electrical packages across data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial and advanced manufacturing projects throughout Ireland and mainland Europe.
With a substantial pipeline of Mechanical and HVAC work secured across Europe, they continue to invest in their commercial teams to support ongoing project delivery.
The company is known for delivering technically demanding projects to a high standard, with strong support from senior management and good long‑term progression for experienced commercial professionals.
Based on site in Germany, you will take commercial responsibility for the Mechanical and HVAC packages on a large-scale construction project. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with project management, procurement and engineering teams to ensure strong commercial performance from project commencement through to final account.
This is a senior position requiring proven experience managing mechanical subcontract packages, contractual matters, cost reporting and client engagement within an M&E contracting environment.
You are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Mechanical and HVAC projects. You understand the commercial pressures involved in delivering technically demanding projects and are comfortable working closely with project teams to protect profitability while maintaining excellent client relationships.
You are organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
Salary: €100,000 to €120,000 DOE
