Zusammenfassung

Navartis Ltd is recruiting a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor for a flagship 27MW Data Centre project in Frankfurt. You will own the commercial management of the mechanical package, oversee procurement, tendering and package placement, and lead negotiations with subcontractors.

Having a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and proven MEP experience is essential, with strong cost reporting, risk management and stakeholder skills for a long-term European project.

Qualifikationen

• A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Proven mechanical / MEP services experience.
• Experience managing the commercial lifecycle of major construction or engineering packages.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement and package management.
• Experience with cost reporting, forecasting, change control and commercial risk.
• Solid understanding of contracts, claims and variations.
• Data Centre or Mission Critical experience is required.

Aufgaben

Mechanical Quantity Surveyor - Frankfurt - 27MW Data Centre Project

We’re partnered with an established international engineering and construction contractor delivering a flagship 27MW Data Centre project in Frankfurt, and we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.

This is an brilliant opportunity to get involved in a large scale, high value mission-critical project, working across the mechanical delivery package and taking ownership of the commercial function from procurement through to project delivery.

This is a long term opportunity given the existing pipeline of future European projects sitting behind this project.

*EU Passport or German RTW required*

• €1,400 per month tax-free subsistence on top per month
