Jobtailor is seeking a senior project manager to lead commercial real estate and EV charging initiatives for a financial services client. You will manage projects from initiation through completion, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets while interfacing directly with clients to define scope and expectations.

The role requires strong leadership to motivate teams, ensure on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior EV charging experience required.
• Financial services client experience is desirable.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.
• Experience in PMWeb or other web base project management software preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide consulting services to a financial services client account.
• Support the Retail Branch Refurbish Team.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for commercial real estate projects.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources.
• Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Facilitate project charters and coordinated timelines.
• Ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve issues.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings.
• Develop improved methods for individual and department objectives.
• Coach others and develop functional expertise.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
