Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead construction projects, coordinating planning, scheduling, budgets, and stakeholder reporting. You will manage take-offs, RFQs, and scopes of work, collaborating with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have PM credentials (PMP, RCCD) and telecom/ISP/OSP experience, with strong Excel, Netsuite, and Adobe skills. This role supports remote work in Germany and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Familiar with ISP/OSP construction methods and documentation.
• Ability to read and understand contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• General understanding of building systems, materials, electrical design, and data/telecom infra.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Earth.
• Familiar with Netsuite PMIS or similar SaaS PMIS.
• Adobe Acrobat/Creative Suite proficiency desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Multitasks, collaborates, and meets deadlines.
• Degree or certificate in PM with 2 years telecom experience preferred.
• Lifting up to 20+ pounds and valid driving license.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily functions associated with project fulfillment.
• Coordinate construction planning, scheduling, and teams to keep initiatives on track, within budget, compliant, timely, and high quality.
• Build and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Track specific jobs and process and approve contractor-supplied invoices and purchase orders.
• Prepare schedules with major milestones, tasks, and risk registers.
• Prepare and provide weekly client updates and reporting.
• Perform take-offs and submit RFQs and RFIs.
• Develop scopes of work from contract documents, including inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers to secure best-value pricing, timely estimates, and quality work.
• Work with vendors to assist in obtaining private easements.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotes for completeness against project plans and specifications.
• Establish preliminary construction schedules and durations.
• Maintain accurate and complete records.
• Perform order closeout tasks, including delivery of all items noted in the RFP or contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Generally familiar with various Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) construction methods
• Ability to read and understand contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• General understanding of building systems, construction materials, electrical, design and engineering concepts, and data and telecommunications infrastructure
• Familiar with Excel, Word, and Google Earth
• Familiar with Oracle Netsuite Project Management platform, or equivalent SaaS PMIS
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop highly desirable
• Great interpersonal and intercommunication skills
• Strong organizational and print presentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, collaborate with multiple individuals, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Degree or Certificate in Project Management, job-related training in a related field, and 2 years in telecommunications (PMP, RCCD, or similar) is desired
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20+ pounds
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
• Availability from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional additional time
• Must maintain and possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
