Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through closeout, coordinating scope, resources, budgets and schedules.

You will work directly with clients on scope, bids, governance, and reporting, lead the delivery team, mitigate risks, ensure data integrity, and share knowledge across related disciplines.

LEED AP, PMP, CCM designations are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–8 years relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple projects.

• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
• Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
• Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
• Track project progress and report status and variances
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
• Apply project management principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
• Coach others and share knowledge across related job disciplines

Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills
• Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
