Job summary

Red Commerce Schweiz GmbH seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead an AI transformation initiative. The role involves mobilising and delivering complex workstreams with focus on SAP environments, while coordinating governance, budgeting and risk management.

The contract starts ASAP with 2 days on-site in Frankfurt, Germany, and aims for long-term scope beyond six months. You will liaise with senior stakeholders, manage delivery plans across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methods, and ensure benefits

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or programme management in complex transformation environments.
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and benefits tracking.
• Experience translating strategic business objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Senior stakeholder management, executive reporting and facilitation experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with SAP environments.
• Pharma / Life Sciences experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with English.

Responsibilities

Job description

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an AI transformation project! The initial contract will be 6 months, with long-term scope.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be 2 days on site per week in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

You will lead complex transformation workstreams from mobilisation through to delivery, adoption and handover. You will own end-to-end project delivery, governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes. The role will focus on AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project controls, risk management, delivery oversight and successful implementation of enterprise technologies within a complex SAP environment. Experience delivering AI implementations, digital transformation programmes, and working within regulated industries is highly desirable.
