Job summary

RED Global is seeking an IT Project Lead to join an AI transformation project in Frankfurt. The initial 6-month contract includes on-site work two days per week.

You will coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders through the full project lifecycle, manage risks, dependencies and release readiness, and ensure successful implementation outcomes. Experience in pharma/life sciences and enterprise AI programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT project delivery or related roles.
• Experience delivering IT implementations involving applications, cloud, integrations, data or digital products.
• Strong planning, RAID management, governance, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Pharma/Life Sciences experience.
• Experience with Enterprise AI transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of the full SDLC.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools and AI/data implementations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• S4/HANA experience.

Job description

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a contract opportunity for an IT Project Lead to join an AI transformation project! The initial contract will be 6 months, with long-term scope.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be 2 days on site per week in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

You will lead the planning and delivery of IT implementation or change projects, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders and partners throughout the full project lifecycle. You will be responsible for project controls, risks, dependencies, testing, release readiness and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.

Desired skills

• 5+ years experience as an IT Project Lead, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead
• Experience delivering IT implementations involving applications, cloud, integrations, data or digital products
• Strong project management skills across planning, RAID management, governance, budgeting and stakeholder reporting
• Pharma/Life Sciences experience
• Experience with Enterprise AI transformation programmes
• Good understanding of the full SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, release and support transition)
• Ability to work between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with AI tools and strong understanding of AI, automation and data implementations
• Excellent communication skills with English
• S4/HANA experience
