Zusammenfassung

RED Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an AI transformation program with a 6-month contract starting ASAP. The project will run across SAP environments, with 2 days on site weekly in Frankfurt and remote work the rest.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, translating strategic objectives into executable plans, driving adoption, and delivering benefits in regulated industries.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of project or programme management in complex transformations.
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, budget, and risk management skills.
• Experience with SAP environments and S4/HANA.
• Experience in regulated industries is desirable.

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an AI transformation project! The initial contract will be 6 months, with long-term scope.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be 2 days on site per week in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities:

You will lead complex transformation workstreams from mobilisation through to delivery, adoption and handover. You will own end-to-end project delivery, governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes. The role will focus on AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project controls, risk management, delivery oversight and successful implementation of enterprise technologies within a complex SAP environment. Experience delivering AI implementations, digital transformation programmes, and working within regulated industries is highly desirable.

Desired skills:

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience in complex transformation environments
• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics, automation or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and benefits tracking
• Experience translating strategic business objectives into executable delivery plans
• Senior stakeholder management, executive reporting and facilitation experience
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with S4/HANA
• Pharma / Life Sciences experience preferred
• Experience with Enterprise AI transformation programmes
• Excellent communication skills with English
