Senior Process Engineer Warehouse & Logistics (m/f/d)

At ESMC, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize warehouse processes for a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility from the ground up. As a Senior Warehouse Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving process excellence, digital transformation, and operational efficiency across warehouse and logistics operations.

Working closely with headquarters, global fab teams, and local stakeholders, you will analyze, improve, and implement warehouse processes that support highly automated and world-class manufacturing operations.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in warehouse process engineering, logistics operations, continuous improvement, or related manufacturing environments.
3. Experience within the semiconductor industry is required.
4. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to drive process improvements.
5. Experience in process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
8. Fluent German and English communication skills.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with SAP EWM or comparable warehouse management systems.
2. Experience with warehouse automation technologies.
3. Knowledge of hazardous material warehouse operations.
4. Mandarin language skills.
