As a System Engineer Cleanroom, you will play a key role in bringing critical cleanroom systems into operation and ensuring their long-term performance, reliability and compliance. This position offers the unique opportunity to combine technical ownership with the excitement of a greenfield project in an international high-tech environment.

• 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 2. Several years of professional experience working with cleanroom environments or comparable highly controlled technical facilities.
• 3. Experience in the operation, commissioning or optimisation of complex technical systems.
• 4. A structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• 5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, service providers and cross-functional teams.
• 6. Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages).
• 7. Willingness to participate in international training assignments during the onboarding phase (up to 3 months in Taiwan).

Nice-to-Have:

• 1. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industries.
• 2. Knowledge of cleanroom technologies, including Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) and Air Pollution Control (APC) systems.
• 3. Experience with reliability and problem-solving methodologies such as RCA, FMEA or 8D.
• 4. Previous experience in a system ownership or operational responsibility role.
