ZEAL Network SE is seeking a senior performance marketer to drive paid digital campaigns in Finland. You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Display, optimise budgets, and translate results into actionable improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in a B2C environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and ad managers.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets against KPIs.
• Structured, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Purpose

In this role, you will drive the launch, growth and optimisation of paid digital marketing activities in Finland. You’ll manage campaigns and budgets across key performance channels, using data and testing to improve results, identify growth opportunities and scale customer acquisition.
