Bears with Benefits is a fast-growing consumer health company based in Munich. We seek a hands-on marketer to own performance campaigns across Paid Social and Search — end-to-end, from build to optimization, across multiple European markets.

You’ll report to the Team Lead Performance Marketing. This role suits a proactive builder: strong numerical mindset, comfortable creating structure from scratch, and equally at home in strategy and execution.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in fast-scaling digital marketing.
• Hands-on across Meta, Search, and Native Ads.
• E-commerce/D2C background, ideally wellness, supplements, or FMCG/CPG.
• Experience scaling campaigns across multiple European markets.
• Comfortable managing external agencies with a clear ROI focus.
• Strategic and hands-on in equal measure with strong analytics.
• Ownership mindset and ability to build solutions.
• Fluent German and English; Dutch/Italian/French/Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own campaigns across Paid Social and Search across assigned markets — build, launch, manage, optimize.
• Bridge data and creative — analyze performance and brief our creative strategist, agency, and creators.
• Spot growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and formats; run rapid tests and turn results into playbooks.
• Track CAC, AOV, LTV, and funnel metrics using attribution and data sources; share insights with the team.
• Own product data feed optimization using tools like DataFeedWatch or Channable.
• Brief and coordinate content external agencies, maintaining ROI focus.
• Build scalable processes and structures as markets grow.

• Own campaigns across Paid Social and Search Meta, Search, and Native Ads across assigned markets — build, launch, manage, optimize.

• Spot growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and formats; run rapid tests and turn results into playbooks.

• Brief and coordinate content external agencies, keeping clear control over ROI.
• Build scalable processes and structures as markets grow.

Your profile

• 3–5 years in fast-scaling digital marketing, hands-on across Meta, Search, and Native Ads.

• Languages: fluent German and English required; Dutch, Italian, French, or Spanish a strong plus.
