Zeal Network is seeking a creative, hands-on designer to develop advertising assets for Lotto24, Traumhausverlosung, Traumautoverlosung, and Freiheit+. You will move from concept to final asset, using Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and generative AI.

You’ll translate ideas into compelling concepts, craft scroll-stopping content, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and high quality across formats.

The role:

In this role, you develop and produce advertising assets for all brands under the ZEAL umbrella: Lotto24, Traumhausverlosung, Traumautoverlosung, and Freiheit+. You work in an interdisciplinary, hands-on way, from the first idea through the efficient use of the right creative tools to the final asset, whether it's a static asset or a motion format. If you have a good sense for social media, storytelling, and current trends, and enjoy working across different formats, you'll find plenty of room for your creativity here.

Your tasks:

• Create high-quality, brand-aligned advertising assets for performance marketing across all ZEAL brands, meaning Lotto24, Traumhausverlosung, Traumautoverlosung, and Freiheit+, from static assets to motion formats.

• Work in an interdisciplinary, hands-on way: from the first idea, through the efficient use of the right creative tools, from Photoshop to generative AI, to the final asset

• Bring a good sense for social media and advertising, especially scroll-stopping content, engaging storytelling approaches, and relevant trends

• Translate ideas into compelling concepts, and present, justify, and champion them with stakeholders

What you offer us:

• Confident use of common creative tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and generative AI

• Strong understanding of brand design and consistent brand communication

• High level of quality awareness, consistency, and visual precision

• Understanding of performance-marketing logic (e.g. hook rate, CTR, A/B testing of creatives)

• Strong prioritization skills when handling multiple stakeholders and deadlines

• Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken

• Nice to have:

  • Basic skills in camera work and video production, e.g. independently filming and editing motion content

  • Experience scaling content production within a team or agency context

  • Experience with project management tools in creative workflows
