Zusammenfassung

ZEAL Network SE is expanding its paid digital marketing team to drive launches, growth and optimisation across Finland and other markets. The role focuses on managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Display, with budget ownership and data-driven decision making.

You will analyse results, run tests, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver impactful campaigns while staying ahead of market trends. Fluent English and either German or Finnish are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in a B2C environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and platform-specific ad managers.
• Experience managing and optimizing significant paid media budgets against KPIs.
• Structured, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and German or Finnish, both written and spoken.

Purpose

In this role, you will drive the launch, growth and optimisation of paid digital marketing activities in Finland. You’ll manage campaigns and budgets across key performance channels, using data and testing to improve results, identify growth opportunities and scale customer acquisition.
