Every. GmbH is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist (f/m/d) to own downstream supply chain performance across Europe, from fulfillment centre outbound to final delivery.

You will manage external fulfillment and last-mile partners across DACH and Benelux, driving improvements with governance and data-driven insights. Fluency in German and English, 5+ years in logistics or related fields, and a passion for scalable, customer-focused operations in a fast-growing D2C business are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience managing external logistics providers and partnerships.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English.

• Own day-to-day performance of downstream supply chain from fulfillment centre outbound to final customer delivery.
• Manage external fulfillment and last-mile partners across DACH and Benelux region, driving performance through governance and partnerships.
• Analyse operational KPIs, identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into initiatives to improve service quality, customer experience and cost efficiency.
• Identify operational risks and capacity constraints, developing mitigation plans before they impact customers or business performance.
• Shape the future of our logistics network by supporting carrier onboarding, network expansions, process improvements, and scalable operating models.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Product, Culinary, Tech, and Finance as the operational link between teams.
• Build data-driven business cases for network optimisation, carrier performance improvements, and operational investments.

For our Operations Team , we are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist (f/m/d) - Downstream Supply Chain . In this role, you'll ensure seamless fulfillment and last-mile operations across Europe, working closely with logistics partners and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience as we continue to scale.

• You own the day-to-day performance of our downstream supply chain, ensuring seamless operations from fulfillment centre outbound to final customer delivery.
• You manage and develop our external fulfillment and last-mile logistics partners across DACH and the Benelux region, driving performance through strong partner relationships, governance, and continuous improvement.
• You analyse operational KPIs, identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into initiatives that improve service quality, customer experience, and cost efficiency.

Was du mitbringst

• You have 5+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations, ideally within a fast-growing D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or food environment.
• You have experience managing external logistics providers, carriers, or fulfillment partners and know how to build long-term, performance-driven partnerships.
• You combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and scalability.
• You are comfortable analysing operational data, translating insights into business recommendations, and influencing decisions through facts and structured thinking.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
• You take ownership, communicate proactively, and remain calm when solving complex operational challenges.
• You are fluent in German and have professional working proficiency in English.
