Every GmbH in Berlin seeks a Senior Fulfillment Manager to own the end-to-end fulfillment network across Europe, coordinating with 3PLs and fulfillment centers to ensure reliable, on-time delivery at optimal cost.

You will drive KPIs, manage partnerships in the DACH/Benelux region, and scale operations with data-driven decisions while safeguarding cold-chain and food-safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in fulfillment, warehouse ops, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience managing external fulfillment partners (3PLs) and cold-chain.
• Project management skills for cross-site rollouts and enablement.
• Operational excellence with strategic thinking for processes and scalability.
• Strong data analysis and data-driven decision making.

• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment performance across FC network (inbound, cold storage, pick-pack, outbound).
• Manage fulfillment partners in DACH and Benelux with SLAs and governance.
• Own and improve KPIs: FoT, accuracy, packaging quality, cost per box.
• Translate data and root-cause analysis into improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks and capacity constraints; develop mitigation plans.
• Roll out new packaging technologies across all fulfillment centres.
• Support cold-chain and food-safety compliance with Quality & Safety.
• Scale network via FC onboarding, capacity expansion, automation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Upstream, Quality & Safety, Product, Tech, and Finance.

For our Operations Team, we are looking for a (Senior) Fulfillment Manager (f/m/d). In this role, you own the fulfillment engine behind every box we ship - managing the 3PLs and fulfillment centres that store, build and dispatch our products across Europe. You keep fulfillment running reliably, on time and at cost, working closely with partners and internal teams to protect an outstanding customer experience as we continue to scale.

Your responsibilities

• You own the day-to-day performance of our fulfillment operations across the FC network — from inbound and cold storage to pick-pack and outbound dispatch.

• You manage and develop our fulfillment partners across DACH and Benelux through clear SLAs, governance, business reviews, and continuous improvement.

• You own and improve key fulfillment KPIs, including Fulfilled on Time (FoT), accuracy, packaging quality, and cost per box.

• You turn operational data and root‑cause analysis into initiatives that improve quality, customer experience, and cost efficiency.

• You identify fulfillment risks and capacity constraints early and develop effective mitigation plans.

• You manage the roll‑out of new packaging technologies across all fulfillment centres.

• You support cold‑chain and food‑safety compliance in close collaboration with Quality & Safety.

• You help scale our fulfillment network through FC onboarding, capacity expansion, automation, and process improvements.

• You collaborate with Customer Care, Upstream, Quality & Safety, Product, Tech, and Finance as the operational link between teams

What you bring

• You have 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, supply chain, or operations, ideally within a fast-growing D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or food environment.

• You have experience managing external fulfillment partners, 3PLs, or fulfillment centres, and know how to build long‑term, performance‑driven partnerships — experience with cold‑chain, frozen, or food operations is a strong plus.

• You bring solidproject management skillsand can drive cross‑site roll‑outs and enablement to plan, on time and without disruption to live operations.

• You combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and scalability.

• You are comfortable analysing operational data, translating insights into business recommendations, and influencing decisions through facts and structured thinking.

• You thrive in cross‑functional environments and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.

• You take ownership, communicate proactively, and remain calm when solving complex operational challenges.

• You are fluent in German and have professional working proficiency in English.
