Qualifikationen

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Logistik, Fulfillment, Supply Chain oder Operations.
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Logistikdienstleistern und Carrier-Partnern.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung.
• Ausgeprägte cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die tägliche Performance der Downstream-Supply-Chain und End-to-End-Betrieb vom Fulfillment-Center bis zur Lieferung an den Kunden.
• Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften zu externen Fulfillment- und Last-Mile-Logistikdienstleistern in DACH/Benelux.
• Analyse von KPIs, Identifikation von Trends und Ableitung von Initiativen zur Servicequalität, Kundenerlebnis und Kostenoptimierung.
• Vorausschauendes Identifizieren operativer Risiken und Kapazitätsengpässe sowie Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen.
• Mitgestaltung des zukünftigen Logistiknetzwerks und Unterstützung bei Carrier-Onboarding und Skalierung.

For our Operations Team, we are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist (f/m/d) - Downstream Supply Chain. In this role, you'll ensure seamless fulfillment and last-mile operations across Europe, working closely with logistics partners and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience as we continue to scale.

Deine Aufgaben

• You own the day-to-day performance of our downstream supply chain, ensuring seamless operations from fulfillment centre outbound to final customer delivery.
• You manage and develop our external fulfillment and last-mile logistics partners across DACH and the Benelux region, driving performance through strong partner relationships, governance, and continuous improvement.
• You analyse operational KPIs, identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into initiatives that improve service quality, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
• You proactively identify operational risks and capacity constraints, developing mitigation plans before they impact customers or business performance.
• You shape the future of our logistics network by supporting new carrier onboarding, network expansions, process improvements, and scalable operating models.
• You work closely with Customer Care, Product, Culinary, Tech, and Finance, acting as the operational link between teams and ensuring decisions are backed by operational realities.
• You build data-driven business cases for network optimisation, carrier performance improvements, and operational investments, supporting strategic decision-making within the Operations team.

Was du mitbringst

• You have 5+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations, ideally within a fast-growing D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or food environment.
• You have experience managing external logistics providers, carriers, or fulfillment partners and know how to build long-term, performance-driven partnerships.
• You combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and scalability.
• You are comfortable analysing operational data, translating insights into business recommendations, and influencing decisions through facts and structured thinking.
• You thrive in cross-functional environments and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
• You take ownership, communicate proactively, and remain calm when solving complex operational challenges.
• You are fluent in German and have professional working proficiency in English.
