• Must report confirmed or potential information-security events or risks to the information security office.
• Must attest to information-security requirements upon hire and annually.
• Work authorization sponsorship question pertains to working in the US

Aufgaben

• Own hospital launches end to end, from contract signature through stabilized production billing, as the named account point of contact.
• Build hospital launch playbooks, including diligence playbooks, customer management workflows, rule creation and configuration, and automation.
• Translate multiple tax IDs, multiple EHRs, and institutional adjudication rules into implementation plans with customer leadership and operations teams.
• Coordinate daily with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams.
• Own accounts after go-live and drive stable, repeatable collections before transition to long-term management.
• Establish SLAs and handoff processes with internal partner teams.
• Help define Launch and Account Management as separate Hospital Billing functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management.
• Work directly with the Hospital Billing GM on critical business processes for complex customer launches.
