Senior Manager, User Experience - Quick Commerce

We are looking for a Senior Manager, User Experience to join our Q-Commerce Growth Product team and lead the UX for our quick-commerce offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and empower a team of product designers, providing regular feedback on concept development and inspiring creativity.
• Bring the narrative of user needs to interdisciplinary teams to strengthen user‑centricity and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Incorporate data analysis, feedback, and usability testing to validate concepts and experience paradigms, ensuring design quality.
• Champion the implementation of global design systems and pattern libraries while contributing outstanding UX and UI patterns.
• Optimize, introduce, and improve agile processes to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to the global design community.
• Contribute to the DMart product vision and strategy as a key lever for Q‑Commerce success.

Qualifications

• BA in UX‑related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a UX/Interaction/Information Architecture role, with 5+ years leading senior designer teams.
• Demonstrated excellence in UX or UI, with a portfolio showing a user‑centered design approach and experience shipping web and mobile applications.
• Strong narrative and communication skills in English, able to lead discussions and persuade through design stories.
• Operational experience in prioritization and time‑management within tech teams; mastery of Figma is required.
• Bonus: experience leveraging AI for productivity in product development.
