Zusammenfassung

NOW GmbH in Frankfurt is seeking a product and UX leader to design and manage digital products and user experiences aligned with client needs.

You will work with clients and cross-functional teams, apply AI in design workflows, and foster workshops and presentations to drive project success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital product management, UX design, or a comparable senior role with a proven track record in digital innovation.
• Tech-savvy: Deep familiarity with current and emerging digital tools and platforms, including experience with AI applications in product design or digital workflows.
• User-centered Design: Strong passion for user experience design, with expertise in human-centered methodologies and usability best practices.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills in both German and English, comfortable with client presentations and facilitating workshops.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability and enthusiasm to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and user satisfaction.
