Jobtailor seeks a seasoned software engineering leader to set architectural direction, drive integration strategies, and oversee modernization across mission-critical platforms.

You will lead high-performing teams, ensure scalable and reliable delivery, and partner with product, operations, and business stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory environments. Onsite 4 days a week with one remote day, aligned to standard business hours.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• At least 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Agile delivery experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Leadership experience overseeing mission-critical enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in transaction processing, systems integration, and architecture.
• Success leading platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with both legacy and modern technologies.
• Strong technical, delivery, and people leadership skills.

• Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
