Jobtailor is seeking a leader to grow and guide a distributed platform and infrastructure team in Germany. The role remains hands-on when incidents occur, ensuring reliability across core environments and deployments.

The position focuses on modernizing infrastructure, migrating to managed cloud services, and setting engineering standards for automation, deployment, and resilience while collaborating with senior leaders to translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps.
