Zusammenfassung

Product Pulse sucht eine/n IT-Teamleiter/in, der/die ein Team von Technikern führt und Prozesse steuert. Sie leisten IT-Support für Kunden (remote und vor Ort) und sind technischer Ansprechpartner für Projekte vor Ort.

Sie arbeiten in Microsoft- oder Linux-Umgebungen, planen Infrastrukturprojekte und setzen diese um. Das Unternehmen bietet moderne Arbeitsplätze, flache Strukturen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich.
• Berufserfahrung in IT-Administration/IT-Infrastruktur.

Requirements

Completed training or studies in the field of IT (or comparable qualification)

Professional experience in IT administration / IT infrastructure

• First management experience desirable
• Expertise in IT infrastructure and applications, including client and server technologies, network, backup solutions, and monitoring
• Ability to work in a team
• Confident communication and presentation skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Management and leadership of a team of technicians
• Responsibility for managing the processes/tasks in your team
• IT technical support for our customers (remote and on-site)
• Technical contact person for projects at the customers assigned to your team
• Consultancy, planning, implementation and further development of IT infrastructure projects
• Administration work in the Microsoft or Linux environment
