Job summary

m2TALENTS is seeking a Senior IT System Administrator to maintain and develop our IT infrastructure in a collaborative, people-focused environment. The role blends on-site teamwork with remote work flexibility to drive key IT projects.

You will work with a skilled team to ensure smooth operations, enhance systems, and support internal stakeholders, leveraging Windows Server, AD, and virtualization expertise. Fluency in German is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT system administration experience.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware), networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPN), and relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German (C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage backup systems and ensure the reliability and security of IT operations.
