Tasks & Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of technicians
• Overseeing and managing processes and tasks within your team
• Providing IT technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site
• Serving as the technical point of contact for projects assigned to your team
• Consulting, planning, implementing, and developing IT infrastructure projects
• Performing administrative tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments

Requirements

• Completion of training or education in the field of IT, or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
• Initial management experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, particularly client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring systems
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Confident communication and presentation skills
