Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced operations lead to supervise end-to-end production processes for multi-market projects in the German market. You will manage budgets, oversee stakeholder coordination, and serve as the primary client-facing contact for the German client base.

You will run daily scrums, assign workloads to content managers and creatives, drive cost forecasting, and ensure quality of German-language assets across static, video, and motion campaigns while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level fluency in German, written and spoken.

• Experience in high-volume, fast-turnaround social media retainers.
