HY.AM STUDIOS in Berlin is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to turn ambitious ideas into standout productions across film, photography and activations. You will own briefs, budgets and schedules while collaborating with Creative, Social and Account teams.

The role demands strong creative judgement, a broad network of collaborators, and the ability to lead teams from concept through delivery in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment. This is a hybrid role with a Mitte studio focus.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative Producer who knows how to turn ambitious creative ideas into outstanding productions — balancing creative excellence, commercial responsibility and seamless execution.

You'll independently lead multiple productions across film, photography, social-first campaigns and brand activations for clients in fashion, lifestyle, sport and beauty. From evaluating briefs and developing production approaches to managing budgets, crews, clients and final delivery, you'll take ownership of making great work happen.

You'll bring strong creative judgement, a trusted network of collaborators and the confidence to make decisions when priorities shift. Working closely with our Creative, Social and Account teams, you'll help us deliver ambitious work with the craft, clarity and efficiency it deserves.

What You'll Do

Lead Productions from Brief to Delivery

• Independently manage multiple productions, from initial brief evaluation and scoping through pre-production, shoot, post-production and final delivery.
• Assess incoming briefs for creative feasibility, timing, resources and budget, and develop realistic production approaches.
• Own project plans, schedules, logistics, resources, documentation and risk management, ensuring every stage runs smoothly.
• Lead production meetings, align stakeholders and keep teams and clients informed with clear, proactive communication.
• Anticipate challenges, make confident decisions and find practical solutions without compromising the quality of the work.
• Partner with Creative and Social teams early in the process to translate creative concepts into strong, achievable productions.
• Bring creative judgement and production expertise to discussions around formats, talent, locations, technical approaches and execution.
• Identify and engage the right directors, photographers, crew, creatives and production partners for each project.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial and operational realities while protecting the original creative intent.
• Take responsibility for production execution while working collaboratively with creative leads on the final output.

Own Budgets, Resources & Production Partners

• Build, negotiate and manage production budgets, from initial estimates through cost tracking and final reconciliation.
• Take commercial ownership of your productions, keeping scope, profitability, quality and client expectations aligned.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources across overlapping projects.
• Negotiate confidently with suppliers, talent, crews and production partners on rates, terms and deliverables.
• Oversee relevant production requirements, including usage rights, licensing, insurance and permits.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of production partners and freelance talent.

Drive Shoots & Post-Production

• Take operational ownership on set, providing clear leadership to crews, suppliers and production stakeholders.
• Keep shoots running to schedule while responding calmly and decisively to changing circumstances.
• Coordinate post-production workflows, including feedback rounds, approvals, versioning, technical specifications and final delivery.
• Work closely with creative leads and post-production partners to maintain quality throughout the process.
• Ensure projects are properly wrapped, documented and handed over.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant production experience, ideally within a creative agency or commercial production environment, with a proven track record of independently leading complex projects.
• Strong experience across film, photography, social-first content and/or integrated campaigns, with an understanding of different production scales and formats.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, including the ability to oversee multiple productions simultaneously.
• Commercial confidence in evaluating briefs, developing production approaches, managing budgets, negotiating costs and making sound decisions.
• Strong creative judgement and the ability to turn ambitious concepts into achievable production plans.
• Experience leading crews, managing external partners and working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• An established network of creative talent, suppliers and production partners, with the curiosity to keep expanding it.
• A structured, proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions under pressure.
• Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to bring different teams together around shared goals.
• Confidence using project management, budgeting and production tools, and the flexibility to work within established agency systems and workflows.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, creative teams and production partners.
