SourceFlow is seeking a Senior Grid Manager – Execution in Berlin to lead grid connection activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects, moving from development into construction and commissioning. You will coordinate electrical infrastructure, review designs, and manage interfaces with DSOs/TSOs and contractors.

The role focuses on executing grid connections, HV substations, and related systems, ensuring compliance with German grid codes and standards.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of grid connection activities during the execution and construction phase.
• Manage the delivery of electrical infrastructure including substations, transformers, switchgear, cabling and associated balance-of-plant systems.
• Coordinate detailed electrical engineering and review technical designs and specifications.
• Manage external engineering partners, EPC contractors, OEMs and electrical suppliers.
• Act as the key technical interface with DSOs and TSOs throughout project execution.
• Coordinate grid compliance, testing, commissioning and energisation activities.
• Manage technical interfaces between generation/storage assets and grid infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve technical, programme and interface risks.
• Support procurement and technical evaluation of electrical packages.
• Ensure projects meet German grid codes, technical standards and contractual requirements.
