Senior Finance Analyst FP&A (Germany, remote, f/m/d)

Are you eager to join this dynamic, international team? Are you seeking a challenging role with autonomy and responsibility? As a (Senior) Analyst in Finance, you will manage daily operations within our Finance department, focusing on data-driven work. You will support and lead data & BI analysis efforts, making insights accessible and understandable for our senior international stakeholders. Your work will contribute to the growth of Factor Eleven into a thriving international medium-sized company.

Your Responsibilities

1. Prepare data analysis and manage BI projects.
2. Independently produce monthly reports for stakeholders and shareholders.
3. Identify key financial performance and operational trends through data analytics.
4. Assist in budget and forecast planning.
5. Participate actively in daily finance operations.
6. Prepare target/actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses.
7. Conduct special business evaluations as needed.
8. Manage liquidity, forecast, and review P&L and balance sheet.
9. Support other departments with business management issues.
10. Partner with management and internal stakeholders.
11. Lead special projects.
12. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

Your Profile:

1. At least 5 years of professional experience in finance.
2. Degree in Finance, Business, Strategy, or Data Analysis; professional certifications are a plus.
3. Fluent in German (B1) and English.
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Strong financial modeling skills.
6. Experience with data analysis or data science tools like Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization.
7. Willingness to work with FinTech software.
8. Excellent analytical skills with a structured, precise approach.
9. Pragmatic, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
10. Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
11. Motivated, self-driven, and able to manage projects independently.
