Integral is expanding its Finance & FP&A function in Berlin. We seek a Senior Finance & FP&A Manager to build the planning, forecasting and governance framework from the ground up.

You will own the budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards while partnering with the CFO and leadership on fundraising and go-to-market economics. You will develop three-statement models, drive cash planning, liquidity steering, and support investor reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in FP&A, accounting/controlling, investment banking or similar analytical finance role; high-growth exposure preferred.
• Expert financial modelling; build clean three-statement models and defend assumptions.
• Fluent in unit economics, recurring revenue and cash metrics; translate data into decisions.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; experience with BI/planning, DATEV and AI tooling is a strong plus.
• Operate in English and German; investor/board materials are in English.
• Degree in finance, business or quantitative field; CFA/MBA or qualified accountant is welcome.

As our first dedicated Senior Finance & FP&A Manager, you will build the financial planning & analysis function from the ground up and report directly to the CFO. You will own the group's forecasting and planning engine, sharpen ARR and liquidity steering, and be a core partner on fundraising, board reporting and go-to-market economics. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to build.

Your Tasks

• Planning & forecasting: Own and continuously improve the integrated business plan (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet), including consolidation logic.
• Budgeting: Run the annual budget and rolling re-forecast; translate strategy into a defensible operating plan and use-of-funds.
• Performance steering with KPIs & BI: Define and report the KPIs that matter and build them into our BI dashboard. Flag risks and levers early.
• IR & fundraising: Support board and investor reporting and potential future funding rounds with models and investor-grade materials.
• GTM & cohorts: Build and own cohort analytics tied to go-to-market (e.g. retention, payback period, LTV/CAC and margin by acquisition channel). Turn these into concrete recommendations on spend and channel mix.
• Business partnering: Partner with Commercial and Service Operations leaders on unit economics, pricing, funnel efficiency and investment decisions.
• Scalable processes & automation: Design processes that scale with rapid growth by using AI and agentic tooling to make planning faster, cleaner and repeatable.
• Operational Finance: Own accounts payable and receivable, and drive timely, accurate month-end and year-end closes together with our tax advisory team.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, accounting/controlling, investment banking or a comparable analytical finance role, ideally with high-growth / VC-backed / scale-up exposure.
• Modelling: Expert financial modelling; you build clean, three-statement models and defend the assumptions.
• Commercial: Fluent in unit economics, recurring-revenue and cash metrics; comfortable turning messy data into decisions.
• Tools: Advanced Excel/Sheets; experience with BI/planning, DATEV and AI tooling a strong plus.
• Language: You operate in English and German; investor and board materials are produced in English.
• Mindset: Hands-on, structured, comfortable with ambiguity and first-of-role ownership in a scaling environment.
• Agentic mindset: You default to AI and agentic tools to automate the repetitive and build leverage - you think in reusable processes and systems, not one-off spreadsheets, so finance scales faster than headcount.
• Qualification: Degree in finance, business or a quantitative field; CFA, MBA or qualified-accountant background welcome.
