Job summary

Enemix, active in solar and BESS projects, is expanding its German business from Hamburg. They seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to take technical ownership across feasibility to ready-to-build stages and to influence procurement and technology decisions.

You will mentor engineers and help set the technical standard in an international group with teams in the UK, Italy, Germany and Australia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in renewables with hands-on BESS or utility-scale PV experience.
• Strong knowledge of German grid codes and permitting.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of large-scale BESS projects, from feasibility through to ready-to-build.
• Own the MV/HV grid connection process with DSOs and TSOs, in line with VDE-AR-N 4110/4120/4130.
• Review and approve SLDs, layouts and electrical BoP specifications.
• Help the management team make procurement and technology decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and set the technical standard.
