KIGYO sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Project Developer zur Leitung großvolumiger erneuerbarer Energieprojekte in Deutschland. Von der frühen Machbarkeit bis zur Transaktionsreife betreuen Sie Solar-, Agri-PV-, BESS- und Data Center-Vorhaben und steuern mehrere gleichzeitige Entwicklungsphasen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Behörden, Kommunen und Partnern zusammen, koordinieren Genehmigungsprozesse und sichern Netzanschluss- sowie landbezogene Belange.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Renewable-Energy-Projekten in Deutschland.
• Erfahrung mit Solar PV, Onshore Wind, BESS oder vergleichbaren Großprojekten.
• Gutes Verständnis der deutschen Planungs- und Genehmigungsverfahren.
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten über mehrere Entwicklungsphasen.
• Gutes Verständnis von Landakquise und Netzanschlussprozessen.

Aufgaben

• Projekte von der Machbarkeits- bis zur Transaktionsreife begleiten.
• Leitung und Koordination deutscher Genehmigungsprozesse.
• Beziehungen zu Kommunen, Behörden, Grundstückseigentümern und Stakeholdern pflegen.
• Umwelt-, Technik- und Planungstätigkeiten über mehrere Vorhaben koordinieren.
• Unterstützung bei Landkauf und Netzanschluss-Workstreams.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Developer to join a growing renewable energy development team in Germany.

The position will be responsible for managing large-scale energy and infrastructure projects from early-stage development and feasibility through planning, permitting and transaction readiness.

The portfolio includes utility-scale Solar PV, Agri-PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Data Centre projects across Germany.

This is a hands‑on development role suited to someone who can independently manage projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners, and drive projects through key development milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the development lifecycle, from initial feasibility and site assessment through planning, permitting and transaction readiness.
• Lead and coordinate German planning and permitting processes.
• Manage relationships with municipalities, authorities, landowners and other local stakeholders.
• Coordinate environmental, technical and planning activities across multiple projects.
• Support land acquisition and grid connection workstreams throughout the development process.
• Evaluate new project opportunities based on land availability, planning requirements, grid access and commercial feasibility.
• Appoint and manage external consultants, engineering partners and other technical advisers.

Your Background

• Several years of experience in renewable energy project development in Germany.
• Experience with Solar PV, Onshore Wind, BESS or other large-scale energy/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of German planning and permitting procedures.
• Experience managing projects across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of land acquisition and grid connection processes.
• Fluent German and good professional English.
