Zusammenfassung

Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, invites a Senior Documentation Expert to shape knowledge sharing across our ERP and Enterprise Systems landscape. You will establish documentation standards, governance, and processes to capture, maintain, and make accessible critical information.

You will partner with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Delivery and QA teams, driving a culture where documentation is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP).
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, governance, Confluence and Jira; BPMN or similar modelling is a plus.
• Ability to bring structure to complexity and keep knowledge accessible after projects finish.
• Collaborative mindset; enjoys partnering with specialists across disciplines and challenging existing processes to improve documentation.

About the role:

Help shape how knowledge is shared across one of Europe's leading e-pharmacy organizations. As our Senior Documentation Expert, you'll establish the documentation standards, governance, and processes that ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible - creating a lasting impact across our technology landscape.

Working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the driving force behind a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).
• You have a strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira, and ideally business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies).
• You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and are passionate about ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered.
• You value collaboration, enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines, and don't mind challenging existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.
