Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Documentation Expert to shape how knowledge is shared across Europe\'s leading e-pharmacy landscape. You will establish standards, governance, and processes to ensure ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and accessible, driving a durable documentation culture across our tech stack.

You will partner with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, Architects, and Delivery teams to champion structured documentation and governance that delivers

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in technical documentation within ERP/Enterprise Systems (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP).
• Strong understanding of documentation governance; Confluence and Jira.
• Experience with business process modelling (BPMN or comparable).

• Establish documentation standards, governance, and processes for ERP/Enterprise Systems.
• Collaborate with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Delivery teams, and QA to embed a documentation culture.
• Ensure critical knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible across the technology landscape.

About you:

• You bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).
• You have a strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira, and ideally business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies).
• You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and are passionate about ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered.
• You value collaboration, enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines, and don't mind challenging existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.
