Zusammenfassung

Redcare Pharmacy is expanding its Finance IT team in Germany with an ERP Senior Consultant – Finance who will own ERP modules, design scalable finance solutions and mentor colleagues across Europe.

You will lead architecture discussions, oversee data models and integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver best-fit ERP capabilities that drive financial processes forward.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of ERP consulting or enterprise IT experience.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2009.
• Experience with integrations and architecture.
• Strong English communication across teams.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our Finance systems.
• Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations and end‑to‑End data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver best‑fit solutions.
• Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables and sharing your expertise to help the team grow.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing business processes, identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing best‑practice ERP solutions.

• You have strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, including enterprise integrations and solution architecture.
• You enjoy combining technical leadership with business understanding, helping shape scalable ERP solutions that support long‑term business goals.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy sharing your knowledge while working closely with colleagues across different teams.
