Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, is seeking a Senior Documentation Expert to formalize documentation standards, governance, and processes across ERP and enterprise systems.

You’ll collaborate with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, Architects, Delivery teams, QA, and others to foster a documentation culture where knowledge is a strategic asset.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in technical documentation within ERP/Enterprise Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Confluence, Jira and BPMN or similar.
• Able to structure complexity and ensure knowledge accessibility after projects.

About the role:

Help shape how knowledge is shared across one of Europe's leading e-pharmacy organizations. As our Senior Documentation Expert, you'll establish the documentation standards, governance, and processes that ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible - creating a lasting impact across our technology landscape.

Working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the driving force behind a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).
• You have a strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira, and ideally business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies).
• You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and are passionate about ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered.
• You value collaboration, enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines, and don't mind challenging existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.
