Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks a Senior Documentation Expert to establish documentation standards across ERP and Enterprise Systems, capturing, maintaining, and enabling access to critical knowledge.

You will work with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Delivery and QA teams to foster a documentation culture where knowledge is a strategic asset.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in technical documentation or knowledge management within ERP/Enterprise Systems (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP).
• Strong governance and documentation practices; experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to structure complexity and maintain accessible knowledge post-projects.
• Collaborative and capable of challenging existing processes to improve documentation.

About the role:

Help shape how knowledge is shared across one of Europe's leading e-pharmacy organizations. As our Senior Documentation Expert, you'll establish the documentation standards, governance, and processes that ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible - creating a lasting impact across our technology landscape.

Working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the driving force behind a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).
• You have a strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira, and ideally business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies).
• You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and are passionate about ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered.
• You value collaboration, enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines, and don't mind challenging existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.
