Redcare Pharmacy in NRW, Germany, is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Control & Process Improvement Specialist to join the Finance team. You will design and strengthen the internal control framework to ensure accurate reporting, standardize processes, and drive efficiency across financial operations.

You will collaborate with the ERP team to implement system changes, monitor control effectiveness, address audit findings, and engage stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing or Consulting.
• Experience with internal controls in Finance.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across the organization.
• Demonstrates ownership and drives initiatives to completion.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard.
• Knowledge of AI is an advantage.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and embraces growth and change.
