Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, is seeking an ERP Senior Consultant – Finance to shape and evolve our ERP landscape across Europe. You will own core Finance ERP modules, design scalable data models, and drive end-to-end data flows within Microsoft Dynamics environments.

You will mentor colleagues, partner with business and IT teams, and deliver best-fit ERP solutions while advancing our finance systems for long-term business goals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and solution architecture.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across teams.

About your tasks:

• Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our Finance systems.
• Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations and end‑to‑End data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver best‑fit solutions.
• Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables and sharing your expertise to help the team grow.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing business processes, identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing best‑practice ERP solutions.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT, with deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments.
• You have strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, including enterprise integrations and solution architecture.
• You enjoy combining technical leadership with business understanding, helping shape scalable ERP solutions that support long‑term business goals.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy sharing your knowledge while working closely with colleagues across different teams.
