Our Cybersecurity team provides core assurance over the company’s cybersecurity health, covering IT infrastructures, product security, software development, and cloud environments.

What part will you play?

• Identify, assess, measure, and monitor cybersecurity risks by performing hands‑on risk assessments of processes and controls.
• Prepare, execute, and lead cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services, and software development centers; highlight key observations and translate technical findings into executive‑level information for effective action.
• Participate in closing meetings with senior management.
• Drive cybersecurity in Siemens’ most innovative products across product security, software‑development lifecycle, and cloud environments.
• Assess cybersecurity governance, including policies and procedures such as incident handling, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve solutions by addressing root causes and delivering innovative responses to modern challenges.
• Continuously improve internal audit processes, tools, documentation, and coach junior team members.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

• Strong academic history with a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity within Siemens, a related industry, a Big‑4 firm, or a consultancy in IT/cybersecurity audit.
• Affinity for learning about the latest cybersecurity trends and staying current in a challenging environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project‑management skills; drive to introduce innovative solutions within the audit environment.
• Expertise in domains such as user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, and secure software development.
• Experience integrating AI into day‑to‑day work is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
• International mindset and willingness to travel and work in a diverse team.
