Siemens AG is seeking a cybersecurity assurance professional to join the global Cybersecurity Assurance function. You will identify, assess and monitor Cybersecurity risks across IT infrastructures, product security, software development and cloud environments, translating complex findings into clear management information for action.

Formación

• Degree in IT, CS or related field; CISSP, CISA or CISM a plus.
• 2+ years in Cybersecurity within Siemens or related industry or a 'Big 4' firm/consultancy in IT/Cybersecurity and audit.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn latest cybersecurity trends and adapt to a challenging environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and initial project management skills.

Our Cybersecurity team provides core assurance over the Cybersecurity health of the company which includes IT infrastructures, product security, software development and cloud environments. What part will you play?

• You will support to identify, assess, measure and monitor Cybersecurity risks by performing hands‑on risk assessments of processes and established controls. Using your analytical skills, you will identify security gaps and evaluate these further to identify their root causes.
• As a valuable member of the assurance team, you prepare and support the execution of Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services, and software development centers. During this process you support highlighting important observations, translate technical findings into management information so that they can take effective actions.
• In your new role you assess Cybersecurity in Siemens' most innovative products. From the product security features, to the software development lifecycle and state‑of‑the‑art cloud environments.
• Moreover, you would support assessing the Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling and response, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc.
• You work closely with Cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tackling the root cause of the issues and finding innovative solutions to modern challenges.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

• Strong academic history with a degree in IT, Computer Science or other related fields; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
• 2+ years working experience in the field of Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a 'Big 4' accounting firm or a consultancy in the fields of IT / Cybersecurity and audit.
• Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keeping up to date in a continuously challenging environment.
• Good communication, presentation and first project management skills.
• Ideally you have experience in some the following domains: user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, secure software development.
• Experience with leveraging and integrating AI into day-to-day work is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English. German or other languages are a plus.
• You demonstrate an international mindset and are open to international travel and working in a diverse team.

The salary range for this position is 61,400 EUR to 98,400 EUR and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
