Siemens Industry Software seeks an Experienced Cybersecurity Auditor to join the global Cybersecurity Assurance function. You will perform hands-on risk assessments, identify gaps, and audit IT systems, products and software development centres.

You will translate findings into actionable management information to drive improvements. You will advance cybersecurity across product lifecycles and cloud environments, collaborating with experts across industries.

Qualifikationen

Experienced Cybersecurity Auditor (m/f/d) - DISW

As part of the global Cybersecurity Assurance function, we help Siemens achieve their goals by providing objective, factual and independent assurance to the Siemens Managing Board and Audit Committee. We work as a business partner to executive management, leveraging expertise across a broad range of cybersecurity topics to drive change and innovation in a vibrant inclusive environment.

What part will you play?

• You will identify, assess, measure and monitor Cybersecurity risks by performing hands‑on risk assessments of processes and established controls. You will use your analytical skills to identify security gaps and evaluate them to determine root causes.
• As a valuable member of the assurance team you prepare and execute Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services and software development centres. You highlight observations, translate technical findings into management information so that effective actions can be taken.
• In your new role you drive Cybersecurity in Siemens’ most innovative products, from product security features through the software development lifecycle to state‑of‑the‑art cloud environments.
• Moreover, you assess the Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling and response, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc.
• You work closely with Cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tackling root causes and creating innovative, modern solutions.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications

• Strong academic history with a degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
• 5+ years working experience in Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a Big 4 accounting firm or consultancy in IT/Cybersecurity and audit.
• Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends and keep up to date in a continuously challenging environment.
• Good communication, presentation and solid project management skills.
• Ideally you have solid experience in some of the following domains: user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, secure software development.
• Experience with leveraging and integrating AI into day‑to‑day work is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English, German or other languages is a plus.
• You demonstrate an international mindset and are open to international travel and working in a diverse team.

Salary

The salary range for this position is 69 900 EUR to 115 500 EUR and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
