Qualifikationen

  • Strong academic history with a degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
  • 7+ years in Cybersecurity within Siemens or related industry, or Big 4/audit consultancy.
  • Keeps up with latest cybersecurity trends in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills, with a proactive mindset to implement audit enhancements.

  • In your new role you drive Cybersecurity in Siemens’ most innovative products. From the product security features, to the software development lifecycle and state-of-the-art cloud environments.

  • Moreover, you would assess the Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling and response, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc.

  • You work closely with Cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tackling the root cause of the issues and finding innovative solutions to modern challenges.

  • Furthermore, you will drive the continuous improvement of our internal audit processes, tools as well as documentation and coach junior team members.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:


  • Strong academic history with a degree in IT, Computer Science or other related fields; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.

  • 7+ years working experience in the field of Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm or a consultancy in the fields of IT / Cybersecurity and audit.

  • Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keeping up to date in a continuously challenging environment.

  • Strong communication, presentation and project management skills and the drive to find innovative solutions to establish them in the audit environment.

  • You are a subject matter expert in some of the following domains: user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, secure software development.

  • Experience with leveraging and integrating AI into day-to-day work is considered an advantage.

  • Fluent in English, German or other languages are a plus.

  • You demonstrate an international mindset and are open to international travel and working in a diverse team.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is 79,700 EUR to 135,400 EUR and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
