What part will you play?
- Support the identification, assessment, measurement and monitoring of Cybersecurity risks by performing hands‑on risk assessments of processes and established controls. Identify security gaps and evaluate root causes.
- Prepare and support the execution of Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services, and software development centers, translating technical findings into management information.
- Assess Cybersecurity in Siemens’s most innovative products, from product security features to the software development lifecycle and state‑of‑the‑art cloud environments.
- Support the assessment of Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc.
- Work closely with Cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve solutions by tackling root causes and finding innovative solutions to modern challenges.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- Strong academic history with a degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
- 2+ years of working experience in Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a Big 4 accounting firm or consultancy in IT/Cybersecurity and audit.
- Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keep up to date in a continuously challenging environment.
- Good communication, presentation and first project management skills.
- Experience in user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, secure software development.
- Experience with leveraging and integrating AI into day‑to‑day work is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
- International mindset and openness to international travel and working in a diverse team.

Salary range: 61,400 EUR to 98,400 EUR, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
