Job summary

N26 is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist in Berlin to lead multi-channel CRM campaigns and optimize customer engagement from a central hub in our digital marketing ecosystem.

In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex campaigns, set up automated workflows, and ensure best-practice adherence to maximise efficiency and KPI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in CRM roles
• Proven track record in CRM campaign execution and optimisation at a senior level.
• Strong technical skills, including HTML, SQL and A/B testing, to ensure operational excellence.
• Proficiency in CRM tools to drive effective campaigns. Braze experience is a strong plus.
