Key Responsibilities

• Drive the technical design, implementation, optimization, and scalability of CRM systems.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure CRM solutions are technically robust and strategically aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain our comprehensive CRM infrastructure, including automating complex workflows, managing critical integrations, and enhancing personalization capabilities to drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and compliance through rigorous audits and ongoing analysis.
• Proactively troubleshoot CRM performance issues and continuously optimize system functionality to maximize impact.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on multi-country CRM experience, ideally within the ride-hailing, mobility, or food delivery sectors.
• Proven self-learner with extensive practical experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing CRM platforms, specifically Braze and solutions tailored for mobile applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a demonstrated data-driven mindset.
• Experience with API integrations and a solid understanding of data structures and microservices architecture.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, including those located in North America, on technical implementations.
• Familiarity with MarTech stack components such as Braze, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
