Senior Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing (Ad Creation Team) (all genders)

What you’ll do

• Develop creative strategies, story angles, and messaging frameworks for paid channels and partner pages—spanning short‑form and long‑form formats, tailored for both video and written content.
• Translate customer insights and performance data into innovative, high‑converting content ideas.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead Ad Creation, Performance Marketing, Partner Pages, and the Creative Pod to execute assets end‑to‑end.
• Write briefs, scripts, hooks, and oversee creative production.
• Continuously test and optimize content formats based on performance data.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and identify new opportunities for acquisition content.
• Own end‑to‑end project management for creative delivery, business‑as‑usual and campaign updates—including timelines, stakeholder alignment, and QA.

• 5+ years’ experience in performance‑driven creative strategy (ideally D2C/beauty/wellness).
• Strong understanding of paid social and partner page creative mechanics.
• Proven track record of high‑performing ads and funnel assets.
• Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking, and briefing skills.
• Fast, structured, performance‑focused working style.
